RING RING RING. everyone has a cellphone right? if you don't, then you're probably living under a rock. post yours here and have people call, text and contact you where ever you are.

YIM, MSN, AOL ETC. pick your programme and chat your life away with it. add contacts and make free video and voice calls, along with your average text based message.

TWEET TWEET. twitter is the new facebook... kind of. post status messages of no more than one hundred forty characters and follow your friends.

FOOD AND DRINK everyone has to get food sometime right? and there's plently of restaurants and fast food to choose from. there's something for everyone here in los angeles, no matter what you fancy. thai? chinese? mexican? yep, we have those along with everything else.

NIGHTLIFE. the nightlife in los angeles is always spectacular. party like a celebrity every night in the hottest nightclubs and get drunk off your ass in the most stylish of bars. party like an animal.

MEDICAL TREATMENT. you're bound to get sick or injured at some point in your life right? or perhaps you're popping out a baby? in anycase, remember to call 911 in an emergency and to get your ass down here quick.

RECREATIONAL AREAS. every kid loves to play on the swings in the park when they're young right? well, the big kids still do. los angeles is full of places for people to go and relax, play sport, have fun and be one with "nature".

STATUES, THEME PARKS AND BEACHES. los angeles is a top tourism hotspot, so you'll always find groups of people with strange accents snapping pics. but sometimes it's nice to go to these landmarks and tourist attractions yourself, even as a local or native. they make great days out and kill boredom.

EDUCATION. for those of you who are still learning, whether it be forced for free-willed, you'll be pleased to know that los angeles has a lot to offer, from the private sector to the public.

SPORT AND FITNESS. whether you play a sport, work out in the gym or just spectate, there's a lot of places for you to go to partake in your sporting activities or events.

WORKING FOR A LIVING. money is what makes the world go around and to get it, you have to work. unless you're a rich kid whose daddy buys them everything, you'll most likely have a job, whether it be part time or full time.

FUN AND GAMES. cinema, theatre, bowling... you name it, los angeles has it. any leisure activitiy that you want, come and do it here.

FAMILY SIZED HOUSES AND CHEAP APARTMENTS. most people will be smack bang in the middle of the income bracket, so they'll be living in a pretty regular house or apartment. there's nothing special about these places, they're pretty average.

GALLERIES GALORE. if you need a pretty new icon and signature come here and request one. or, if you're a creator, post your examples here and create a request thread.

ABSENSES. if you're going away for a while with the family or school or just need a break, then post here to tell us roughly how long you'll be gone. that way, we'll know why you haven't replied to an activity check or thread for a while and your account will be safe.

DEAD THREADS. this is where all the dead or finished threads are shoved to. think of it as the back of a really full closet. pm retro glamour when you've either finished a thread or if yours has ended up in here by mistake.
